Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following Terms & Conditions apply in full and affect your use of this website. By using this site, you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions stated herein. Do not use this site if you disagree with any of them.

Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted upon request and only if the products are unused and their original packaging has not been altered.
  • n case the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged,
  • Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days since productis delivery if they meet the above specifications, without any charge if the company is responsible. Otherwise, the customer shall bear the costs.
  • Refunds are made within (7) seven working days from the return and receipt of the products by our company.
  • In case of an error on the part of our company, we will fully refund the value of the order and the shipping cost.
  • In case the products have exceeded their expiry date, we will replace them or refund you their full value without any charge.
  • In case the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, it will be replaced in consultation with the product company.
  • In case a product has been damaged/broken inside the packaging during shipment, it will be replaced, only if we are informed on the day of receipt. Beyond this period of time replacement is not possible.
  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction is cancelled and the card of the beneficiary is updated.
  • For orders where payment was made by any means other than credit card, the refund is made to the bank account of the beneficiary of the order.
  • In any case, it is necessary to present the retail receipt or the invoice. In the case of an invoice, the return is made with a delivery note to our company.
  • Before returning the products it is necessary to have contacted our company by e-mail or telephone.
  • All baby food products as well as refrigerator products cannot be returned.

Shipments - Deliveries

Domestic Shipments

  • All shipments are made by courier service. The products are delivered in 1-3 working days from the day of the order (if the order is placed by 14:00).
  • Orders over 60€ and weighing up to 3kg are delivered free of charge.
  • For each additional kilo the customer is charged 1€ per kilo. Bulky items have a corresponding charge depending on their volumetric weight.
  • *In case of exceeding 60€ and 3kg you will be charged only the extra kilos.
  • For orders under 60€, the shipping costs are as follows:
    • – Thessaloniki €3.00
    • – Rest of Greece €3.50
  • The charge in inaccessible areas is likely to differ from the standard charge.
  • The amount of shipping costs is always displayed before the order is completed.
  • The total weight and shipping costs of each order are calculated automatically. If you have any doubt about the amount charged please feel free to contact us.
  • NOTE: Bulky items are delivered after consultation with the customer for the cost and shipping method. Refrigerated products are not sent by post and baby formula is not returnable.

Domestic Shipments

  • 1-3 working days
    Package up to 2kg - Cost 17,50€ (For each additional kilo the charge is 5€)
  • 7-11 working days
    Package up to 5kg - Cost 10€
    Pacjage 5kg-10kg - Cost 18.50€
    Package 10kg-15kg - Cost 27.50€
    (For each additional kg the charge is 1,85€)

Domestic Shipments

  • The shipping cost for abroad is between 18,50-40,00 € depending on the country zone and concerns orders up to 2kg.
    Please contact us to inquire about the exact cost of transportation.
    Orders abroad are delivered after they have been paid by PayPal or by bank deposit.
    All prices above include VAT.

Payment Methods

You can pay:

  • directly at the pharmacy (collection from the store) in cash or by card.
  • By debit or credit card, through the secure transaction systemof AlphaBank, at no extra charge.
  • Through PayPal
  • Deposit/transfer to a bank account. If the deposit is not made within 4 days the order is cancelled.
  • Payment on delivery, i.e. payment by courier on delivery, is not possible.

When placing your order, you choose as payment method: "Bank Deposit" and then complete the order.

In the statement fill in your order number and your name your.
In case of a deposit from the same bank (money transfer) there is no extra charge.
In the case of a bank transfer, the cost is charged on the buyer.
